Dr. Manthos is an award-winning Senior Computer Scientist with over 20 years of experience bridging frontier research with industrial-scale execution. A former UCLA Lecturer and Postdoctoral Scholar, he has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical systems.
He brings a unique "dual-threat" background to the team, having served in Acting CEO roles for tech startups and as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies. As a highly successful Principal Investigator, he maintains a top-tier acceptance rate for SBIR proposals and has led diverse engineering and scientific teams at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world operational challenges.
A recipient of the IEEE Fred W. Ellersick Prize, Dr. Manthos has published extensively in top-tier journals and conference proceedings. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from UCLA, a Management minor from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a 5-year Integrated M.Eng. equivalent from the University of Patras, where he graduated 4th in a class of 116 — a background that provides a rare dual perspective on technical innovation and commercial strategy.
Our Story
WebSaaS.ai started as a SaaS platform builder and evolved into a full-service AI development shop as the AI landscape exploded. We have spent years building production AI infrastructure — including subscription management, AI proxy routing, GPU orchestration, and secure model connectivity — and now we bring that experience directly to clients.
